Why am I still dehydrated?
The past couple weeks I have had dry mouth, dry eyes and a little constipation. I figured it was dehydration so i have been drinking more water and npt eating still feel extremely dehydrated. My mouth is dry and I can't taste gum, my eyes are really dry,my legs feel heavy and I have this really bad pressure in my head. I have already had about 2 gallons of water today.plus gatorade and Is still cant go to the bathrooma and feel like crap ...is it possible to be this dehydrated. Should I go the the doctor or ER? You should go to the emergency. It sounds like there is something that is causing the retention of water to the point that you're not able to taste anything.
